Black Haven is a fictitious neighborhood set off from the big city by a singular street. One way in, one way out. Welcome to Black Haven is a loosely-related collection of shorter literary works, fleshing out an urban village in transition.

From a simple conversation about love and life to an old man’s love for sipping and shooting with his friends to a woman who has outgrown the confines of her beloved neighborhood, Welcome to Black Haven is a world onto itself. Each story has a separate author-note chapter which adds another element of exposition to this collection by giving the stories behind the stories.
